RTD and mainly the W line in Golden are horrible at keeping an accurate schedule. The drivers leave early and have made me late for work numerous times. Don't try to call customer help. They won't even look into it half the time. I've called numerous times and the same driver is still doing the same thing!!!
Good location, although it could have been better if it was one street eastward. Biggest peeve is that the rail lines are not on time more often than not, and leave minutes early a lot of the time.
Wish they'd have some sort of drink / vending machines
I have found no unnecessarily rude RTD light rail operators or RTD security personnel.
Rtd is the worst at scheduling and maintaining a schedule. Their drivers and security are rude and offer no help.
