If you need a WC Lawyer you are doing yourself a disservice by not having Mike and his staff in your corner, they are kind, considerate, compassionate, hard working and there only concern is making sure you get the treatment you deserve.
Michael Kaplan made my workers comp claim worry free, and got me more money than I was ever expecting. If you find yourself in a situation that calls for representatio , I would definitely call Michael and his firm.
There are WC Lawyers and then there is Michael, I have had Mike since 2009 after i was hurt in November 08 in my opinion this is more then just a job for Mike. You can feel how much he cares for you and your family, this man and his staff treat you like family and not just another pay day.

The WC system can be very intimidating and confusing and WC like it that way so don't go it alone and make sure when you do take it on you do it with the best Michael Kaplan.
