Great treatment plans, terrible execution and poor customer service. I loved the consult that I got, felt the plan to fix my lawn and tame my 100yr old tree were great. The first treatment toasted my lawn, it was a chemical burn, so I cancelled other treatment until they could take a look, well the services kept coming and the fix-it guy only fixed a portion of the lawn. Customer service guy didn't do anything he said he'd do and I can't even get a call through. This company is too big to get it right, they have poor internal communication and screwed up at every step. I cancelled them completely.
Horrible! If I could rate a negative star I would! Lack of customer service, overpriced! The owner lady was rude and uneducated!! Sounded under the influence while trying to resolve my issue!! Beware of this company!
Travis and Nick did a wonderful job trimming the tree and cleaning up. They were very friendly and so nice to talk to.
