An employee humiliated us she told us to get out and put away the things we had got to buy. So rude and everyone else there was just as rude we were new customers and we will not be going back
Excellent service, excellent quality
I was in a stone cold crisis a few weeks ago when my cooler froze a huge amount of inventory. I called Amato and their sales rep, Sandy, and I am sure many others behind the scenes, helped me with very little advance notice, get a shipment by that afternoon. She was also able to get the name of a great cooler repair man for me from Amato's owner. SAVED THE DAY!!! Highly recommend. Thank you Sandy and team for everything. I really appreciate it!
