They are the worst bank ever. When you call them they never answer. They call you n leave u voice mails to call them but it's impossible to get any one to answe when you call them. As well as the cars they finance from best car buys are way over the value of what they are worth. I will never buy a car with them again. I want to give them 0 stars but it won't let me.
I have only needed to call in a few times and every time I do everyone is willing to assist me with my concerns and extremely helpful. I've never had an issue when calling in!

Simple tasks turn into an hour and a half on hold on the phone. After telling 5 different people what I needed, nobody seemed to know what was going on, then as expected you get a " hang on" and spend another 45 on the phone. Then harassing calls saying they're trying to contact you, maybe some competent employees would help a lot. This place is a scam they don't give you the price of the vehicle, and payments seem easy until you realize that the interest rate is crazy high, and those payments aren't cheap added up. 2000 dollar car with 10,000 dollar interest loan. Don't ruin your credit with these people.
Sold my car loan and never contacted me or told me anything till i was contacted by another company telling me i was behind on my payments. In which my payment were suppose to be changed from weekly to monthly and had signed all the paperwork then they sold my loan to American Credit Acceptance in which had no documents saying my payments change. So i got a late payment which hit my credit.
