Central is a truly amazing faith community. Intellectually engaging, passionate about service, and bursting at the seams with kind and generous people, I'm proud to call Central my home.
This church has made a big difference in my family's life. My husband decided to adopt two children three years ago. This church has been a constant in our lives, both before and after the decision. They LOVE our kids, despite the fact that they aren't perfect (and no kids are, I know). Yes, the church building is beautiful. But the beauty of the hearts of the members are what make it home to us.
Central has been our church home for 9 years now. It's wonderful to worship in a historic building downtown full of people with modern, open-minded ideas. The people create an environment that is warm and inviting. The community of the church has become an integral part of our lives. We love the mission focus of the children's programs. The children's choir director is amazing too!
This church is full of accepting people who aren't afraid to have in-depth discussions about modern theology. Beautiful music program and stimulating adult education options. The children's programs are adorable and the church's structure is stunningly historic.
