3. Didn't glue the tip always down so my nails are lifting and I've had them for a week. 3 days after my nail totally came off

Always fast and excellent service I got recommended by some girls I work with who also have great experiences there.
I wont go back here it wasn't worth the 45 minute drive
1. They dont have a nail dryer unless you are getting gel or shalac.
After years of going to this place I am sad to say I won't be returning.
I made an appointment for 10. They sat me down at 10:15 (not too bad a wait time as they had a few big parties). However the technician they told me to sit with didn't do pink and white rebases. I was willing to be patient. Then they proceeded to take the next 5 people who came in after me, while I waited another 20 minutes before I left. This is the second time this has happened to me with the new management. Old management was better, sad to see new owners ruining what was a great business.
My 13 year old granddaughter and her friend went for her birthday to get their nails done. She showed them a picture of what she wanted. She wanted long squared off nails. She came home with short pink pointed nails. Her friends were fine. She was crying and said the guy hadn't gotten glue all over her. I called the salon and told them what happened and he said to come the next day at 1:00. I took pictures of the glue on her arms, hands, etc so I could show them. Next day we go to get them fixed the guy at the front desk looks at them and said no that is what she ask for. I showed him the picture and said no this is. He calls over I am assuming the owner she asks why she didn't say something when she was there. I said she is 13 she was afraid but I called as soon as she got home which was about 10 min after she left there. I explained about the glue. The woman accuses me of putting the glue on her on purpose. They won't fix her nails. I explain it was her birthday present. The woman starts calling my granddaughter a liar and refuses to fix them or give me a refund. I asked her why would I purposely put glue on my granddaughter to try to get $25 out of her. She was rude, nasty and vicious and I did lose my temper at the end but after several times of her calling me and my granddaughter a liar. This place is a money hungry horrible business. They did the nails to short so they couldn't fix them and heaven forbid they give a 13 year old girl a refund on her birthday!!!
